The focus of this practice is structured to support all adults including educational and/or health care professionals who are experiencing stress, grief, anxiety, depression and major life change. Working through life changing experiences, no matter how great or small, can be difficult especially when navigating multiple situations at once. I use a variety of resources including blogs, authors, TED talks and podcasts. I am passionate about healing and providing clients with coping skills in a creative and empathetic manner.

I am here to listen, validate what you are experiencing, discuss possible solutions, and hold space with you. Having worked in an agency setting as well as the school system for many years has allowed me to develop a wide variety of methods for reaching people who are hurting or simply want to sort things out.

If you need help with anxiety, depression, grief or dealing with what life throws your way, please call. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I am a retired teacher/school counselor with extensive experience navigating the educational world. Together we can figure things out.
